Sure. Yes there is ambiguity and chaos. But I don't see how that's new in warfare, and there is nothing new in that video, in terms of ideas.
The fact that it's presented like "we have to do it or we might lose someday". Do what? Nothing is presented in that video that's a new idea to warfare. Either they're not really saying what the idea is, or we have a bunch of managers hepped up on the latest management guru stuff.
He also spouts a lot of fox news geopolitics. Which should honestly be a concern.
He IS the human element. He has been the SUBJECT of a media warfare campaign. He shows signs of having been COOPTED by a media campaign.
He's right that the human element is important. And he IS it.

The ONLY vaguely new idea presented is "phase 0 warfare" which sort of means deception on social media prior to an actual campaign.
