They're a little quick to say it was Russia when it was just a little bit ago we all found out they have hacking tools that will leave a footprint to make it look like a certain group did the hack.
Or a cardiac arrest. (I'd prefer arrests with prosecutions, but maybe the bad guys will off someone. Never know.)
