Andrew Jackson appears twice in this image. Once on the wall and once in the center of the image on the vase in the bookcase. It is notable that Jackson was the first to declare martial law in the United States having declared it against New Orleans in 1814. He was the second to use the Insurrection act for a slave rebellion in Virginia. Lincoln (also in the picture) of course used both martial law and Insurrection Act as well.
Trump is the focus of the photo. The plane and Scavino are all pointing towards him. He has what appears to be a written speech in his hands.
The content of that speech is likely to be quite interdasting to say the least.
