The objective is to destroy the US Constitution through any means possible; activist judges, for insatnce, and then claim the Constitution as written is inadequate to cope with modern societies - it was written too long ago to remain pertinent in today's technological world which could not hve been foreseen by Founding Fathers.
The reason authoritarians (elite) so hate the US Constitution is that it recognizes INALIENABLE RIGHT GRANTED BY OUR CREATOR. These rights are not granted by governments and therefore cannot be rescinded by governments. All human rights treaties devised by men codify rights as grants of governments which therefore can be rescinded by governments.
Get rid of Creator bestowed rights and governments have ultimate power.
