Look at the position of the pen. 1st pic is horizontal and pointing to the right. Might be a bit of a stretch, but that is 3 pm on a clock face. 2nd pic has the pen pointing at what appears to be 5 min after on a clock face (could also be 11 min after, but appears to be closer to the 5 min mark if we take the first pic into account).
