RE: What's happening

Taking a step back and looking at the big picture, we started with individual cases of fraud, irregularities and unfairness in the election. We've just gone through a frustrating second phase of not being able to thread the needle from the evidence to gaining standing or relief.

From the last couple of days, I believe the narrative is building from multiple directions on multiple issues that there are commonalities between the states and evidence emerging that begins to suggest this was not isolated cases or common old election fraud this was a co-ordinated and planned operation operating on multiple levels and across several states.

If anyone is familiar with case law you may be getting the same feeling I am…especially when one of the narrative strands is about almost $500 million that Zuckerberg funnelled into these same states "to help with mail ballots" due to Covid19. We all know that allowed Democrat and Socialist Democrats to fund, recruit and most importantly "train" political operatives to "volunteer" at precinct and county level to help in the count.

Important to understand that the average age of election workers is 70. Covid 19 effectively eliminated decades of learned knowledge and experience from participating.Precincts, districts and counties were told to exclude their older workers for their own safety. Knowing they needed to find replacements , suddenly they had lots and lots of "volunteers" appearing. All these "volunteers" had already been trained in all the bad stuff we saw.

So you have the State, County, District and precinct election officials in one bucket, you have the "volunteers" and the activist groups that trained them in another bucket.

Finally you have the electronic voting companies, who participated primarily by facilitating a massive error rate in scanned ballots, thus allowing the political operative "volunteers" to "adjudicate" without oversight and thereby shift large numbers of votes from Trump to Biden.

The Final bucket then are the high level players required to co-ordinate this, The DNC and Democrat party elites, the tech giants particularly Zuckerberg who financed the on the ground operation and foreign players who financed or co-ordinated.

I believe we will see this turn quickly into a RICO case. Racketeering and corrupt Organizations statute. There will be a Conspiracy alleged between the top mid and level players mentions, across several states to interfere in and affect the result of the election.

Law works a little differently under RICO. It was created to catch the top players in a corrupt organization (Mafia) or a loose conspiracy of shared interest or result. Top players are always insulated, often have plausible deniability etc. RICO allows connections to be drawn and a case built to show that on the preponderance of evidence over many smaller cases, that the boss has so many connections that it cannot be coincidental.
