It is more complicated than that.
States need their Electoral Votes handed to US Congress and "counted" again by January 5th.
Nothing is FINAL until Congress counts the votes, and there are NO OBJECTIONS from Senate.
Biden is not yet President Elect, officially…because Trump hasn't conceded, there are legal battles involving vote and alternate electoral slates have been sent.
