Many Rh- people test false positive; there's really a hidden + component and the baby and mother will be fine. There is a sub-set tho, they are Rh-, du negative. These are the peeps that will kill an unbon Rh+ baby and certainly the same folks that shouldn't be allowing Rh+ dna to be injected in their bodies.
