Remember all the noise surrounding the ending of the Mayan Calendar on Dec 21st 2012 due to some sort of galactic alignment.

What if the calendar conversions between the Julian/Mayan/Gregorian calendars were off by 8 years and the Mayans were onto something. I remember that it wasn't supposed to indicate the end of the world but the beginning of a new cycle.

Just saying…

I'm hoping the Mayans predicted the fall of the cabal and a new beginning for humanity

There have been 11 grand conjuctions in the last 200 years that have a separation less than .2 degrees.

This is the only one on a solstice.

Also corresponds with the Mayan date of 21 December and is at the correct time, although it's 8 years past the calculated 2012 date. THe error could be easily put down to conversion errors between the gregorian and Mayan calendars
