Not all Q-drops are meant to be date deltas. Some are connected by post number or timestamp and have nothing to do with the date they were dropped.
As we have seen, many were hopeful about 11.3 and 11.4 and even pinned hopium on the Chinese calendar. All came and went. In particular, those two were identified as "markers" by Q and he didn't say they were dates.
If his drops were so easy as to be identified by strict dates, the military would be revealing too much to the enemy about their plan. Don't fall for datefagging.
