I don't know about this link. Story seems like click-bait for something called "pocket", but the story itself was pretty interesting. Giuliani mentioned as well as a "Fund for the City of New York".

I do not know if the two foundations share any connections, but I would be surprised if there were not any.
Basically, the Bloomberg/Pocket caught my eye due to the nature of the information: "Mapping" of underground areas in New York City. It seems potentially related to human trafficking and other suspicious activity.
