Research astral projection… it is easy to do with practice and meditation… just beware, in the astral realm , you are in a different dimension. Light entities and dark entities are found with in. If you stray from the path, dark entities can attack you psychically… dark entities are what religious folk call demons. But, if you believe in love and light, and follow the path that christ walked, it is a violation of the law of free will for anyone to harm you, unless you welcome it.
