We knew the results in Arizona were fraudulent when the totals for the state went on and on before the 2020 Presidential race was finally called for Biden.

CDC Issues New Guidelines, Launches Probe After 1000s Negatively-Affected Following COVID-19 Vaccination

Thousands of people have been unable to work or perform daily activities, or required care from a healthcare professional, after getting the new COVID-19 vaccine, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

As of Dec. 18, 3,150 people reported what the agency terms “Health Impact Events” after getting vaccinated.

The definition of the term is: “unable to perform normal daily activities, unable to work, required care from doctor or health care professional.”

As The Epoch Times' Zachary Stieber reports, the people reporting the negative effects reported them through V-safe, a smartphone application. The tool uses text messages and web surveys to provide personalized health check-ins and allows users to quickly tell the CDC if they are experiencing side effects.

The CDC and Pfizer, which produces the vaccine with BioNTech, didn’t respond to request for comments.

The information was presented by Dr. Thomas Clark, a CDC epidemiologist, to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, an independent panel that provides recommendations to the agency, on Saturday.

Moscow refuses Christmas Covid-19 lockdown: Festivities to go ahead with curfews & tests as mayor says end to pandemic in sight

Although cases of coronavirus are continuing to rise in Russia, the mayor of Moscow has said there is light at the end of the tunnel, as the city prepares to celebrate a socially-distanced Christmas and New Year.

Sergey Sobyanin told Rossiya 1 news channel on Saturday that he believes “we’ll fight Covid-19 for a long time to come, but the most acute period should end in a few months.” He added that the most difficult choice for political leaders was not when to close things down, but when to open them back up.

“Cancelling restrictions means you risk the possibility of mass infections,” he said, reiterating that it was necessary to avoid catastrophic damage to whole sectors of the economy.

On Friday, authorities in the capital announced that new rules would come into force over the festive season, with a ban on large-scale Christmas markets and mass gatherings. However, as proof that you can’t fight tradition, smaller markets have sprouted up across the city to comply with the rules. On Sunday, the head of the Moscow Government’s Department of Trade and Services, Alexey Nemeryuk, told journalists that, “for the first time, we have a much larger number of Christmas tree bazaars in the Central Administrative District so that all residents can buy a live Christmas tree.”

Bars, restaurants and cafes will be able to operate over the period, but won’t be ringing in the New Year itself, as they’ll be forced to take last orders before 11pm. Revellers will also have to have a certified negative coronavirus test, taken at most three days beforehand, in order to be let into venues and hotels.

Moscow has been Russia’s Covid-19 epicenter since the start of the pandemic in March, with over 135,130 positive tests recorded in the city and its surrounding region. Officially, 2,645 people have died of the virus over that period. On Friday it was reported that more than 9,000 people had been vaccinated in the capital, with 93 centers offering the Russian-made Sputnik V jab, the first in the world to be registered.

Irish Man Sentenced To Two Months In Prison For Failing To Wear A Face Mask

An Irish man has been sentenced to two months in prison for failing to wear a face mask on a bus while traveling to his uncle’s funeral despite claiming he was medically exempt.

Andrew Heasman was traveling from Dublin to Knock in the Republic of Ireland on July 14 to lay his relative to rest when he was asked by a bus driver to wear his mask properly.

Garda police officer Thomas Bowens told Castlebar District Court that Heasman was wearing his mask “like a hat” and refused to follow orders to cover his mouth and nose, prompting other passengers to exit the bus.

Mr Heasman told authorities he was medically exempt and that under data protection laws, he was not legally required to provide evidence.

Despite protesting that the charges were “trumped up,” Heasman was convicted under the Health Act 1947 and now faces two years in jail.

According to Judge Fiona Lydon, Heasman’s behavior had been “totally inappropriate,” with the judge asserting, “she was satisfied that all of the ingredients required to secure a conviction had been satisfied by the State.”

Respondents to the story expressed a mixture of opinions, with some proclaiming their satisfaction at the man being sent to prison and others decrying the draconian response.

“Ireland is quickly becoming a communist country. Horrible treatment of our people,” said one.

Approval of Catholic Church in Poland dips to nearly 30yr low amid pedophilia scandal & protests over new abortion restrictions

Public opinion of the Catholic Church in Poland is the lowest it has been since the early 1990s, a new poll shows. The clergy’s reputation was damaged by recent sexual abuse allegations and protests over restrictive abortion laws.

The results of the CBOS poll published by Polish media earlier this week showed that 47 percent had a negative view of the activities of the Catholic Church in the country, compared to just 41 percent who viewed the Church’s activities favorably. The survey was conducted between November 30 and December 10, and included 1,010 people.

This is the lowest approval rating the Church has had since 1993. Investigative website OKO.press reported that people were dismayed by its “excessive” role in social and political life that year – a strict anti-abortion law took effect that January and Warsaw signed a treaty with the Vatican several months later. The situation now seems to have repeated itself, as many Poles are angered by new restrictions on abortion and dismayed that the clergy have been embroiled in sex abuse scandals.

The Catholic Church traditionally plays an important role in Poland, especially compared to fellow EU nations. The bishops and the Catholic media are considered one of the bedrocks of the support of the ruling conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party.

However, the Church’s approval rating has been steadily declining in recent years. Its positive perception dropped below 50 percent in May 2019, which coincided with the premiere of a documentary about the sexual abuse of young boys by the Polish clergy. The film caused an uproar, receiving more than 20 million views on YouTube in just eight days.

The scandal was followed by the resignation of Edward Janiak, a bishop at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalisz, who was accused of shielding the priests that were implicated in abusing children.

The Church’s reputation took another dent in October, when the country’s highest court removed severe fetus deformities from the already short list of reasons for which a woman is legally permitted to seek an abortion. The ruling immediately sparked widespread protests across the country.

Some senior priests have spoken dismissively about the women at the frontline of the protest rallies. Marek Jedraszewski, the influential Archbishop of Krakow, gave a sermon this week, blasting the “Julki” – a slur used for a young female left-wing activists – who wanted to become “an encore to the man.” The archbishop said women attending rallies should pay attention to how they dress and speak, and ask themselves “by what right do they deviate from the model of femininity, the highest example of which was given to us by the Holy Mother.”

The fierce protests ultimately forced the government to miss the deadline for the certification of the court ruling, which has indefinitely delayed the implementation of the new abortion restrictions.

Unsuccessful Maryland congressional candidate Kimberly Kacik is being accused of “casual racism” for a head-turning Twitter thread pointing out that both Mark Zuckerberg and Mitch McConnell’s wives are “Chinese.”

Other “facts” she pointed out to her 500,000-plus followers included that “Mitch McConnell’s wife is Chinese,”“the coronavirus is from China,” and a promise that she will run for Congress again in 2022.

Klacik, who became popular among Republican voters thanks to a viral ad of her walking through Baltimore and accusing Democrats of not caring about black lives, ran to represent Maryland’s 7th congressional district in a special April election, as well as the November election.

The Republican’s tweets targeting McConnell and Zuckerberg’s wives drew most of the criticism, with many pointing out that McConnell’s wife is from Taiwan and the Facebook founder’s spouse, Priscilla Chan, was actually born in the US.

Zoom executive exposed as Chinese Communist spy who sabotaged anti-China video conferences with child porn and terrorism: DOJ

The spy fabricated fake evidence of child porn and terrorism to frame Zoom users

A former executive at Zoom, who shut down video conferences that were not flattering to China, was exposed as a spy for the Chinese Communist Party, according to the Department of Justice.

Xinjiang Jin, aka Julien Jin, was an employee of the American video conferencing company. The 39-year-old, who was based in China's Zhejiang Province, worked as a "security technical leader" for tech company headquartered in San Jose, California. Jin served as a liaison between Zoom and the Chinese government after Beijing blocked the company's service in China in September 2019.

Jin provided the Chinese Communist Party with information about users and meetings, even supplying the CCP with IP addresses from anyone who held anti-China sentiments, say federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, New York.

According to the complaint filed in United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Jin reportedly participated in a plot to disrupt a series of meetings in May and June that commemorated the Tiananmen Square massacre, where at least 280 pro-democracy demonstrators were shot dead.

In the CCP's bidding, it is reported that at least four video meetings commemorating the 31st anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre were infiltrated and terminated. Jin and his co-conspirators reportedly contrived false accusations, including child porn and terrorism, against Zoom users in the United States.

Jin's co-conspirators created fake email accounts and Company-1 accounts in the names of others, including PRC political dissidents, to fabricate evidence that the hosts of and participants in the meetings to commemorate the Tiananmen Square massacre were supporting terrorist organizations, inciting violence or distributing child pornography. The fabricated evidence falsely asserted that the meetings included discussions of child abuse or exploitation, terrorism, racism or incitements to violence, and sometimes included screenshots of the purported participants' user profiles featuring, for example, a masked person holding a flag resembling that of the Islamic State terrorist group. Jin used the complaints as evidence to persuade Company-1 executives based in the United States to terminate meetings and suspend or terminate the user accounts of the meeting hosts.

In June, Zoom admitted that they suspended a U.S.-based user who had hosted an event commemorating the anniversary of 1989's Tiananmen Square Massacre. Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, the chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, questioned the company's close ties with China.

Chen Weihua tore into Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage after the former, parroting the talking points of anti-China activists who claim the country purposely spread Covid-19 to the West, accused Beijing of cancelling Christmas.

Following UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s decision on Saturday to prohibit households in London and parts of the Southeast and East of England from meeting family and friends over the holiday period, Farage attempted to pin the blame on the other side of the world. The government took the last-minute decision due to the discovery of a new strain of Covid-19 that supposedly spreads more quickly.

Farage — who has delivered speeches at several Trump campaign rallies over the years in support of the president — responded by suggesting that China “pay the West reparations for this global disaster.”

Earlier this month, Weihua made waves on social media, after he called US Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) a “lifetime b*tch” and “the most racist and ignorant US Senator I have seen” in response to Blackburn tweeting that China had a “5,000 year history of cheating and stealing.”

Canada to Invest $40m Into ‘Home Ownership Opportunities’ for Black People Only

The government of Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau has announced it will be investing $40 million into home ownership opportunities exclusively for black people.

The announcement was made this week by Canadian Minister of Families, Children and Social Development Ahmed Hussen along with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) CEO Evan Siddal and Habitat for Humanity Canada President and CEO Julia Deans.

A CMHC press release stated the $40 million comes on top of a further $32.4 million partnership between the Canadian federal government and Habitat for Humanity Canada to build 414 new homes across the country.

Hussen is also known for his connections to radical leftist U.S. politician Ilhan Omar, who is also from Somalia, with the pair posting photographs together in December of 2017 during a meeting to discuss illegal migration across the Minnesota border with Canada.

The new funding for home ownership for black families comes just months after the Trudeau government pledged $221 million for loans exclusively to black entrepreneurs in a bid to help them start businesses.

Pakistani Migrant Charged with Raping 8-Year-Old Boy on Greek Island of Kos

A 20-year-old Pakistani migrant has been charged with raping an 8-year-old boy in a field near a migrant reception centre on the Greek island of Kos.

The Pakistani migrant is expected to stand trial in January for the sex attack, which took place on the 19th of July last year.

The man is accused of driving the child to a field near a migrant reception centre and threatening to kill him while overpowering the boy and then sexually abusing him, newspaper Proto Thema reports.

Another rape case involving a Pakistani migrant on Kos is scheduled to start in January as well. A 27-year-old is accused of attempting to rape two women in October of 2019.

The first attack took place on October 12th and saw the migrant approach a 41-year-old Greek woman from behind and attempt to remove her top. The woman shouted for help as the migrant molested her, causing him to flee the scene.

The Greek woman reported the incident to police who began a search fo the migrant, who had also targetted another woman, a 30-year-old German national who he grabbed and molested.

The woman fled the Pakistani and ran toward the sea where the Pakistani is said to have violently pushed her into the water. The woman, who was injured in the fall, lay in the water and was further molested by the migrant who pushed her head underwater, nearly drowning her.

The German woman then called for help, which led the Pakistani to flee toward police officers who were looking for him after the first rape attempt, and he was arrested.

The cases come just days after a Pakistani migrant in Athens was arrested after allegedly drugging, raping and assaulting two minors in his apartment in the centre of the Greek capital.

Irish Govt Wants to Criminalise Sharing, Retweeting ‘Hate’ Posts

The Irish government has proposed making it a crime to share ‘hate’ comments on social media platforms even if someone else wrote of them.

Ireland’s Justice Minister, Helen McEntee, announced the new proposals this week, which could see retweeting or reposting ‘hate’ speech comments a criminal offence.

According to a report from the Irish Times, the new legislation will repeal the Prohibition of Incitement to Hatred Act 1989 which previously dealt with hate crimes but has been deemed to not be robust enough.

The paper adds that the new bill will also expand the language under the hate crime laws to include those who target transgender and disabled people. Previous legislation had covered hatred against religious and ethnic minorities, migrants, and homosexuals.

The new proposed legislation will also broaden the scope of hate speech to include language that does not have to be directly threatening.

Certain exemptions will be granted under the new law to those engaged in art, academia, and public debates, supposedly.

“I am determined to tackle these crimes and to ensure that those who seek to divide our communities and spread hatred and fear are dealt with effectively by our criminal justice system,” Justice Minister McEntee said.

In 2018, residents of the small Irish town of Lisdoonvarna had their population increased by around a third due to the establishment of a migrant centre, and it was claimed that locals were too afraid of being branded racists to speak out about any anxieties they may have.

Earlier this year, the Irish government clamped down on free speech for pro-life activists by banning them from holding demonstrations outside of abortion clinics and setting up “exclusion zones”.

Mexican Military Raids Large Christmas Party Hosted by El Chapo’s Sons

Mexican authorities raided a large Christmas party allegedly hosted by the sons of infamous jailed narco-kingpin, El Chapo.

The celebration took place this week in the community of San Diego near El Dorado, Sinaloa. Through the use of social media, locals spread the word about a party that would feature concerts, cars as giveaways, and other lavish presents.

The Sinaloa Public Security Secretary announced that authorities shut down the party because of the current health crisis in Mexico tied to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). In their statements, Mexican authorities did not mention that the party, or Posada, was hosted by the sons of jailed kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera. The sons go by the name Chapitos.

According to Infobae, social media posts inviting people to the party openly claimed the event was hosted by Los Chapitos. El Chapo’s sons were not found at the party.

Legal battle begins after Maricopa County REFUSES to conduct forensic audit of Dominion voting machines ordered by Arizona senate

Arizona’s Republican Party has accused Democrats of undermining efforts at election transparency after Maricopa County announced it would challenge ballot and voting machine audits ordered by the state senate.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has refused to comply with two subpoenas issued by the state’s Senate Judiciary Committee, instead voting 4-1 to challenge the directives in court.

Eddie Farnsworth, the Republican chairman of the Senate committee, issued the two orders on Tuesday. One subpoena called for a scanned ballot audit, while the other asked for a “full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment, and the election management system” used in the 2020 presidential contest.

The county was given until Friday, November 19 to hand in the requested information, which included digital images of every mail-in ballot, along with a list of logs and reports from Dominion tabulation machines.

In their legal complaint, the county supervisors allege that the state Senate has no right to demand such data, arguing that the subpoenas violate Arizona laws for ballot secrecy. They also alleged they had insufficient time to comply with the subpoenas.

Filed in Maricopa County Superior Court on Friday, the challenge accuses Farnsworth of a “draconian abuse of power in an attempt to obtain the personal information of voters, voting records, ballots, and tabulation machines.”

The county supervisors asked the court to “quash” the subpoenas and declare them unlawful.

The move was met with a series of seething tweets fired off by the Arizona Republican Party. Using the hashtag “#HoldTheLine,” the state’s GOP suggested that county officials feared a full audit because they had something to hide.

In another message, the political party claimed their Democratic foes were “desperate to keep everything about the 2020 Election in the DARK! Arizona Republican leaders must rise up and shine the LIGHT!”

The group also pointed out that it was illogical for the county to argue it didn’t have enough time to conduct the audits if it thought they were unlawful. Insisting that Maricopa officials “don’t want a forensic audit” the Arizona GOP urged Republicans to “put an end to this nonsense” and “FIGHT FOR FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS.”

The legal battle is one of countless cases that have gone before state and federal courts involving the 2020 election results.

The senate-issued subpoenas coincided with the release of a preliminary audit report, ordered by a Michigan judge, that claimed Dominion systems are “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

The explosive findings seemed to support President Donald Trump’s claim of widespread voter fraud involving Dominion machines. However, in testimony before the Michigan Senate’s Oversight Committee on Tuesday, Dominion CEO John Poulos claimed the audit was “severely flawed” and the allegations were “categorically false and technically incomprehensible.”
