The nature of Q's posts on military operations are two-fold and apparent, if you look at the forest instead of the trees. Active physical presence and use of force by the mil concerns insurrection activities by ANTIFAggots and other malign actors, as well as a swift rounding up of traitors whose attempts to run allow them to evade capture by civilian law enforcement.
The 2nd part of military involvement is in the external defense/space/cyberspace arena. Hopefully that would be apparent, particularly given the repeated statement that FISA goes both ways.
Remember, the FBI was only looking at the data; the collection was exclusively NSA. And FBI isn't the only agency that can potentially execute arrest powers with the authority to look at FISA collection take.
Pretty sure DHS has some authority here; darn sure know that the Marines do, in time of war.
