What really causes OCD? Cause for me it wasn't any kind of trauma.

I did. Maybe around the time I was 12…fought hard to hide it. Went to high school with several people who had severe cases as well who had no trauma, all seemingly pretty comfy private school upbringjngs.

Not a slide. Just a fucking annoying as shit disorder to deal with…how does one's brain overnight convince itself It's going to die unless you touch something a certain # of times or do some other asinine ritual ffs.
