The way it works is, one Senator, one House Member challenge. It goes to House meeting/Senate Meeting up to 2 hours. Each session votes. Each Senator gets one vote (We have majority). Each STATE gets 1 vote in the House (NOT each Rep.) That gives us 30 (R) to 20 (D) in the House. We WIN!!!!
