I was talking to a Sheriff who wanted to know why I was walking along the roadside with a big 'ol American Flag soliciting car horn honks.
A lefty called the Sheriff complaining I was interfering with traffic on an open highway and he wanted to know what up?
Even though he was a Deputy I was telling him how much power the Sheriff is Da' MAN and has and that they even have more power than the POS governor here everyone hates or even the Federal Government in this county.
You could see through his masked face his eyes twinkle in his eye and that he thought it was pretty cool too. Like he never thought about it. That a citizen saw him head and shoulders above all government In this county.
And it's true.
So how to reclaim our oldest highest ranking elected official In our County.

There is an organization that educates Sheriff's in regard to their incredible powers. They dig it. They are not "cops".
They are Da' Man and tell cops under leftist Mayors take a hike. Sheriff's don't stand down.
