I did a little math of my own, and subtracted everyone under 18 from the Population, then got the REAL percent of registered to vote. Clearly, many states need to CLEAR OUT THEIR VOTER ROLLS!!! And not just blue states.
I used census.gov to get the percent under 18, then used the data on this graphic from gateway story posted earlier today in notables. This DOES NOT take into account ineligible residents- felons, illegal aliens, etc. So if they're near 90% registered, there is definitely something fucked up going on.
I didn't do every state as it's time consuming.
