Today I've see one somewhere in WA or OR, never took off but saw the callsign flash. And there's another one in OK on the ground as well.
I think the time reference may even be just since Aug 20 2020 and not a full four yrs. He was appointed into mil role then and then moved to DoD Nov 9th. at least according to this guy who dug up that clip
