>We Need An Operation Warp Speed To Battle Climate Change

I bring good news! Warp speed already happened! The coronavirus recession reduced human carbon emissions dramatically, in fact, way below what the Paris accords wanted to achieve!

Too bad it didn't even put the slightest dent in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels. Why? The rising carbon dioxide levels are NOT caused by humans, of course. No other interpretation possible.

More detailed chart provided in this post than in the previous post, for those interested. No change seen from March to now, despite huge drops in generation of carbon from coal plants, cars, jet fuel, and so forth.

>Partial pressure in relation to solubity and sea water temperature determins the co2 level.

Are the partial pressures in the air and ocean in equilibrium or is there a net flux in one direction or the other? Do you have indication on that?
