FOX News and FBN Block Attorney Matthew Deperno From Appearing on Hannity and Lou Dobbs after Explosive Antrim County IT Report on Dominion Voting Machines

On Monday December 14, 2020, during an emergency hearing, MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew Deperno to release the findings from their forensic examination on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI where thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden on November 3, 2020.

In his lawsuit against Antrim County, Matthew DePerno claimed that based on the evidence they have provided to the court that Dominion Voting Systems “committed material fraud or error in this election so that the outcome of the election was affected.”

Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno spoke exclusively with 100 Percent Fed Up and Gateway Pundit Here are the bombshell results:

This morning, Judge Elsenheiemer gave Matthew DePerno permission to release the results of the forensic study with the provision that he make a few redactions, which DePerno claims were “minor.” The judge made it clear that the report could be released today, but only after MI Assistant AG Eric Grill approved the agreed upon redactions.

DePerno said the redactions were “not relevant,” and that the key part of the report has been released in his bombshell report.

After the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim, Co. MI, Allied Security Operations Group has concluded that the Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained.

Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: “we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

DePerno says the most important part of the report is that “This was not done by a couple of interns, as some people have suggested. This is a systematic program designed to generate errors that affect the outcome of the election.”

Matthew DePerno claims that the Dominion Voting machines were “meticulously crafted to do exactly what it did.”

DePerno tells us he believes “It was either a major software company, or it was a foreign entity that was behind this. There are other forces behind this,” adding, “This violates all cybersecurity protocols. It doesn’t matter who you vote for. No one can be confident that with a 68.05% error rate that your ballot was not mass adjudicated.”

Mexican Cartel Boss Using Children as Human Shields in Turf War

A ruthless drug cartel boss is dressing up children as self-defense members and activists. He is reportedly paying them to stand at the town entrances as human shields in an attempt to keep a rival cartel from attacking. This ruthless cartel boss is the same drug lord who previously ordered a hit on a Breitbart Texas writer and was released by the Mexican government after spending several weeks in jail.

Known in the criminal underworld as “El Boto,” Cesar Sepulveda Arellano operates with complete impunity over several parts of the Mexican state of Michoacán. Using the name Blancos de Troya, his cell is part of the Viagras-Cartel Unidos alliance that is fighting in several parts of Michoacán against Mexico’s Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion.

While the leadership of Los Viagras is open about their criminal activities, figures like “El Boto” and Juan Jose “El Abuelo” Alvarez Farias try to pass themselves off as self-defense leaders rather than drug lords in an attempt to curry international favor and sympathy.

Breitbart Texas obtained a series of exclusive photographs that show women and children gathering at the entrances of towns in the municipality of Apatzingan wearing white T-shirts with self-defense messages. Locals revealed to Breitbart Texas that “El Boto” is paying $500 pesos ($25 USD) to $1,000 pesos ($50 USD) per week for each adult male and $300 pesos ($15 USD) to $500 ($25 USD) per child that joins his self-defense group in the city. According to residents, the members are required to show up unarmed to the entrances to the city and are each given a stick to carry as a rifle and a t-shirt that says “For a Free Michoacán.” The activists are ordered to stand around in areas of potential conflict while “El Boto’s” gunmen roam the region clashing with their rivals.

Sidney Powell Spotted Leaving White House on Sunday Evening

Firebrand lawyer Sidney Powell was spotted leaving the residence side of the White House on Sunday evening.

Powell has been leading the charge to challenge the election results, which many believe to have been fraudulent.

When questioned by a CNN activist “reporter” about the reason for her visit, Powell put him in his place — telling him that “it would be none of your business.”

“SPOTTED tonight at the White House: attorney & conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell. @abdallahcnn & I saw her leaving the residence side of the White House shortly before 9p. She denied meeting with Trump tonight. When pressed again, she said: ‘It would be none of your business’ CNN White House correspondent Jeremy Diamond tweeted.

No Charges Filed Against Minneapolis Pawn Shop Owner In Fatal Shooting of Suspected Looter During George Floyd Unrest

No charges will be filed against a pawn shop owner in the May fatal shooting of Calvin Horton Jr. because looters destroyed all the video, only one witness cooperated, numerous other witnesses refused to come forward, and a second identified witness to the shooting refused to be interviewed, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman says.

After an exhaustive six-month investigation by the Minneapolis Police Department, with guidance from county prosecutors, there was insufficient evidence to overcome a self-defense argument in court by the shooter, John Rieple.

Around dusk on May 27, Minneapolis Police officers responded to an incident at 1538 E. Lake Street and found the 43-year-old Horton, a Minneapolis resident, lying on the sidewalk outside of Cadillac Pawn & Jewelry. Horton had been shot and officers began administering first aid. However, the officers were physically and verbally assaulted, so they had to move Horton into a nearby business while they tried to keep him alive. When an ambulance arrived, the scene was so chaotic that they could not reach Horton and police had to deliver the victim to the ambulance.

Horton died at 9:39 p.m. in the emergency room of Hennepin Healthcare.

Back at the scene, a large group of people continued to attack and threatened to kill the officers, so they arrested Rieple but determined it was unsafe to stay and process the crime scene. As a result, the firearm was not recovered that night and later attempts to find it were unsuccessful.

Due to the widespread violence in the area, police crime lab personnel and detectives were unable to return to the crime scene until the following morning. By then, the pawn shop had been ransacked and looted. Everything in the shop was gone, including the security cameras and the DVR which would have recorded the fatal shooting and the moments just before and after. None of that equipment was ever found.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s autopsy determined that Horton was killed by a shotgun blast with four pellets entering his left side and three towards the back of his left side. That indicates Horton was turned sideways when the gun was fired, but without the video or other witnesses, it is impossible to determine how far apart the two men were and when Horton turned sideways.

Police were able to find and interview one witness that night. According to the witness, a large group of people, including Horton, had broken into the store and at least one of them, although not Horton, was carrying a handgun. Further, the witness said Horton had moved toward Rieple and was within seven feet when the shot was fired.

When the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office deferred the case on June 2, prosecutors asked police to canvass the neighborhood for additional witnesses to the shooting and any other surveillance cameras which might have captured the shooting. No other cameras were found. Some people had posted video and they were tracked down and interviewed. Their video showed Horton and the pawn shop after the shooting and the witnesses could only testify to the chaos at the time, but not the actual shooting. However, a review of police officers’ body-worn cameras did turn up two other witnesses. One was a close friend of Horton’s and the woman who was with her that night. However, Horton’s friend hired a lawyer and he informed the county attorney’s office that she would not talk to police, nor would she identify the woman who was with her.

Likewise, Rieple invoked his constitutional rights and declined to speak with investigators. Later in the summer, The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office put out a plea for any witnesses to come forward. Although numerous witnesses were present and witnessed the shooting, none of them came forward and cooperated with the investigation, even after that public plea.

Under Minnesota law, if a defendant claims he acted in self-defense to prevent great bodily harm or death of himself or another, the prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant did not act in self-defense and his actions were unreasonable.

Based upon the facts and available evidence, the state could not prove it was not self-defense and prosecutors are ethically prohibited from filing charges against someone knowing it would not be possible to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

If additional evidence becomes available, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office could reconsider the decision not to bring a charge.

Israeli Pegasus spyware allegedly used to hack phones of dozens of Al Jazeera journalists in large-scale attack - report

The personal phones of some 36 Al Jazeera journalists have been hacked by “government operatives” who used a controversial spying tool by Israel’s infamous NSO Group to snoop on them, a report by a Canadian research lab claims.

The report, released on Sunday by Citizen Lab, a research unit at the University of Toronto specializing in cybersecurity, alleged that the phones belonging to the employees of the Qatar-based media network, including journalists, producers, anchors, and executives, had been compromised and hacked with “an invisible zero-click exploit in IMessage” in July and August this year.

NEW REPORT "The Great iPwn: Journalists Hacked with Suspected NSO Group iMessage "Zero-Click Exploit" by @citizenlab@billmarczak@jsrailton@nouraaljizawi@sienaanstis@RonDeibert: https://t.co/Z8FVRaePHB

— Citizen Lab (@citizenlab) December 20, 2020

The exploit allowed the perpetrators of the attack, which Citizen Lab, “with a medium degree of confidence,” blamed on “government operatives” from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, to infect the phones with spyware without the journalists having to click on malicious links themselves.

In its report, Citizen Lab said that the clandestine techniques employed in the attack “were sophisticated” and therefore “difficult to detect,” since the “targets” were often unaware of anything suspicious going on.

The hack might have remained undetected this time as well, were it not for the network’s Arabic language channel reporter Tamer Almisshal, who sounded the alarm that his phone might have been spied-on and let the researchers monitor his online traffic starting from January 2020. Several months after, in July, the researchers saw his personal phone visiting a website where it got infected with NSO’s group Pegasus spyware without Almisshal’s ever clicking on the link.

The discovery has prompted a wide-ranging search for possible other victims among Al Jazeera staff, eventually leading to Citizen Lab and the channel’s IT unit identifying a total of 36 personal phones that had been successfully targeted by the “four NSO group operators.” One of them, who the group nicknamed “Monarchy,” allegedly tapped into 18 phones, while another one - dubbed “Sneaky Kestrel” - spied on 15 phones.

The group said that it believes “Monarchy” was acting on the marching orders from Riyadh, since it “appears to target individuals primarily inside Saudi Arabia,” while “Sneaky Kestrel” focused on those journalists who were “primarily inside UAE.”

The researchers said that the security loophole that facilitated the hack was closed with the IOS 14 update released in September, but noted that, until then, it had likely been taken advantage of on a large scale.

We suspect that the infections that we observed were a miniscule fraction of the total attacks leveraging this exploit

Apple, for its part, appeared to throw weight behind Citizen Lab’s allegations of a state-sanctioned hack, saying that the reported attack “was highly targeted by nation states,” but noted that it could verify the findings of the report.

The Israeli group told The Guardian it would “take all necessary steps,” if it is provided with “credible evidence” that its spying tools were abused.
