2? The entire idea that mass vaccination is a viable effective response to a pandemic is currently being debunked by real data. In order to produce the vaccine quickly enough, the ten years of safety testing had to be skipped. It isn't possible to develop a safe and effective vaccine in time to stop the spread of a newly discovered pathogen. This really throws a wrench into the certification-travel passes-special privileges plan.
