Not 144,000. Those are out of the Tribes of Israel. The Bible is explicit. Also says that all of Israel will be saved; however, this appears to be the remnant. In Zechariah it says 2/3rds of those in Jerusalem will perish.

Antichrist can be multiple things. There is the spirit of antichrist who was even then in the world then there is a person who receives a deadly head wound and is reanimated by the false prophet as the beast. The Beast is the Antichrist reanimated (I believe through some transhumanist type junk). Satan is the Dragon in Chapter 12.
There is a mark of the 144,000 who are protected. They are Jews. They are not Gentiles. The Bible is explicit. From each of the tribes of Israel. Look it up.
Nobody can persevere without the Holy Spirit's power. But, He promises and is faithful to preserve His own. That is, those who are His will ultimately remain faithful though they stumble from time to time. He will lose none.
