Did he actually say there was no election fraud? Or did he say there was no need for a special prosecutor for election fraud? There’s a big difference between the two.

An investigator is needed when there is a suggestion of a problem, or they need to acquire evidence. If there is already hard evidence an investigator is not needed. Just a prosecutor
