Barr Says He Will Not Appoint Special Counsel to Investigate Election or Hunter Biden

Outgoing Attorney General William Barr said on Monday he will not be appointing a special counsel to investigate the presidential election or Hunter Biden. Barr made the statements during a press conference at the Justice Department to announce the filing of charges against Abu Agila Muhammad Mas’ud Kheir Al-Marimi in the 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Mas’ud is reportedly being held by the Libyan government.

Earlier this month Barr said he had secretly appointed U.S. Attorney John Durham as special counsel in October to investigate the government’s handling of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Barr submitted his resignation following a meeting with President Trump last Monday, effective Wednesday, December 23.

Barr on the election, “…As you said I’ve already commented on fraud. Let me just say that, you know there are fraud in, in unfortunately in most elections. I think we’re too tolerant of it and I’m sure there was fraud in this election. But I was commenting on the extent to which we had looked at suggestions or allegations of systemic or broad based fraud that would effect the outcome of the election and I already spoke to that and I stand by that statement.”

Question: “But about the idea of appointing a special counsel, would you, would you answer a question about whether you believe there’s enough there even with your, what you’ve already said, do you believe there’s enough evidence to warrant a special counsel to investigate that, perhaps Sidney Powell or someone else?”

Barr: “Well, if I thought a special counsel at this stage was the right tool and was appropriate I would do, I would name one, but I haven’t and I’m not going to.”

Barr on the Hunter Biden investigation, “…I think to the extent that there’s an invest, an investigation, I think that it’s being handled responsibly and professionally currently within the department and to this point I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel and I have no plan to do so before I leave.”

Vatican says use of Covid-19 vaccines made from fetal tissue aborted in the 1960s is ethical

The Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) said in a statement released on Monday that it was ethical for Roman Catholics to use coronavirus vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses.

In the document approved by Pope Francis on 17 December, the doctrinal congregation said that all vaccinations recognized as clinically safe and effective can be used, “with the certain knowledge that the use of such vaccines does not constitute formal cooperation with the abortion.”

The Catholic Church approves the use of vaccines produced with cell lines derived from two fetuses aborted in the 1960s, Vatican News said.

It is morally acceptable to receive Covid-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses in their research and production process.

The “Note on the morality of using some anti-Covid-19 vaccines” comes as vaccinations begin in many countries and is aimed at clarifying doubts. However, it does not “intend to judge the safety and efficacy” of vaccines and focuses on the moral aspects.

Noting that a grave danger exists in the form of an “uncontainable spread of a serious pathological agent,” the CDF stressed that vaccination is not a moral obligation and must be voluntary. But it said: “In the absence of other means to stop or even prevent the epidemic, the common good may recommend vaccination, especially to protect the weakest and most exposed.”

The pharmaceutical industry and governments should ensure that effective and ethically acceptable vaccines are accessible to the poorest countries, it added.

Pope Francis, who has condemned “vaccine nationalism,” urged heads of state to “ensure access to Covid-19 vaccines and to the essential technologies needed to care for the sick, the poor and those who are most vulnerable.”

High Level Police Lieutenant Arrested, Held Without Bond For Running Meth Trafficking Ring

Escambia County, FL — There is a saying among police officers that has even been the subject of billboards across the country. It goes like this, “If you don’t like police, next time call a crackhead.” This puerile catchphrase is thrown about online by police and apologists like it actually has merit and that the only other option for not calling the cops is calling a crackhead. But what happens when the police are the crackheads and meth dealers?

As TFTP readers know, police officers are caught trafficking and using drugs all the time. As the following case out of Florida shows us, even top level officials aren’t immune from breaking their oaths to participate in the other side of the war on drugs.

Authorities with the Escambia County (FL) Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, SWAT team and Patrol Division conducted a drug trafficking sting earlier this month and ended up nabbing a fellow cop. The cop was a superior officer in the Flomaton Police Department, Lieutenant Isaac R. Lopez.

According to the agency, which was also accompanied by the DEA, Lopez was attempting to buy large quantities meth in Florida, to bring back to Flomaton, Alabama to distribute it.

Lopez had no idea that he was arranging to buy two ounces of methamphetamine from an Escambia County (FL) Sheriff’s Office investigator by phone and text messages, according to an arrest report. So, that day, Lopez showed up at the predetermined location and purchased two ounces of methamphetamine from the undercover cop.

“The takedown was in the 5800 block of North Highway 29,” Escambia County (FL) Sheriff’s Office Commander Robert Quinata told NorthEscambia.com. “There is still a lot of this under investigation.”

Though Lopez was not on duty at the time, he was using official police equipment to facilitate the meeting and to purchase the meth. After Lopez made the purchase, he was arrested and was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. He was booked into the Escambia County (FL) Jail and held without bond.

NorthEscambia.com reports that Escambia County (AL) Sheriff Heath Jackson said Lopez is expected to face a felony charge in Alabama for user of official position or office for personal gain because Lopez used his Flomaton Police Department issued cellphone.

“He used his city cell phone to orchestrate it,” Jackson said. “We believe he was going to come back to Alabama and distribute the meth on this end.”

“Our investigation is ongoing and we will continue to follow any leads that might come out of it,” Jackson said. “We hold law enforcement to a higher standard…We will police our own people as we do the community.”

Jackson told reporters that he doesn’t believe any other officers in the Flomaton department were involved. After his arrest, Flomaton Police Chief Charles Thompson announced that he will be firing Lopez.

GEORGIA RUN-OFF: County Elections Board Throws Out Challenge To Toss 16,000+ Potentially Ineligible Voters

In a move that could inject up to 16,000 illegal votes into Georgia’s twin run-off elections, Cobb County election officials ignored a request claims of out of state voters

Election officials in Cobb County, Georgia, the states third most populated county, have dismissed – without investigation – claims that over 16,000 people who have moved from the State of Georgia cast ballots in the November 3, 2020, General Election and are still eligible to vote in the January 5, 2021 run-off elections.

The Cobb Board of Elections & Registration voted Friday to outright dismiss three complaints that sought to remove ineligible voters from the county’s roll. By law, every county in the United States is commanded to keep up-to-date and clean voter rolls.

The challenges that were filed – three in all –called into question approximately 16,024 people who are on record as having moved out of the State of Georgia.

The chairman of the Republican Party in Cobb County, Jason Shepherd, notified the election board that he unearthed evidence of approximately 16,024 people registered to vote in the county who are, by law, ineligible to vote in any Georgia election because of their non-residency.

Shepherd said the information was available in an open-source format, for anyone to find, by comparing the county’s voter registration database against the National Change of Address Registry. He said that he had explained this in a letter to the election board earlier this month.

Marietta attorney Pamela Reardon brought two similar challenges before the election board. One of the submissions was filed in the name of the True the Vote organization. True the Vote is a Texas-based election integrity group.

On Friday, True the Vote announced it is partnering with Georgians in every county across the state to challenge 364,541 potentially ineligible voters.

In dismissing the challenges without investigating the claims, the Cobb County Board of Elections & Registration said it denied all three challenges because there was no “probable cause” to pursue the claims.

“I don’t believe this is probable cause to challenge these voters,” Gregg Litchfield, one of the county’s attorneys, said during the meeting. “The mere production of a voter registration database, compared with a national change of address registry, is not sufficient.”

As was to be expected, Shepherd, in his official capacity as County GOP chair, was pointed in his response.

“[The county board] utterly failed in its duty to keep elections in Cobb secure by refusing to investigate whether any of the over 16,000 voters who have filled out and submitted a change of address form with the US Postal Service showing they have changed their residence to a new one outside the State of Georgia have, in fact, moved outside the state and are ineligible to vote in Georgia under Georgia law,” Shepherd said.

“For some reason, either laziness, incompetence, or outright corruption,” Shepherd added, “the Cobb Board of Elections doesn’t think that by someone changing address to a new one out of state means that person moved out of state. I find that simply unbelievable.”

Georgians go to the polls on January 5, 2021, using the same voter rolls and the same Dominion Voting Systems machines and software – and using the same tabulation procedures – that delivered the questionable results of November 3, 2020, General Election.

If Biden Were Sure of His “Victory”, He’d Welcome Transparency.

If Joe Biden manages to get sworn-in as president on January 20, 2021, he will enter office as the most doubted new president in American history.

According to Monmouth University polling, fully 77 percent of President Trump’s 75 million voters believe that Joe Biden’s alleged victory resulted from electoral fraud. Given this widespread suspicion among tens of millions of Americans, it is little wonder that a scant 3 percent of Trump voters believe the president should concede to Biden, per CNBC’s survey.

In addition to these grave doubts about election integrity, legions of Americans just now learn for the first time about the sordid details of the Biden-Chinese Communist Party payoff scandal, in which millions of dollars of dirty money from affiliates of the tyrannical Beijing regime flowed directly to the Biden family and close associates.

Powerful groups like former CIA chiefs, corporate media mavens, and Silicon Valley oligarchs largely succeeded, pre-election, in smearing, ignoring, and suppressing this explosive news story. But now, awareness grows, as does the concomitant apprehension.

Given these twin dark clouds hanging over Biden, he faces the very real possibility of entering office as a totally hobbled and embattled executive, from the jump. But, Biden possesses the power to alleviate these doubts. If he believes that he legitimately won these swing states, albeit by razor-thin margins, then he should actually join the Trump campaign in calling for full, immediate transparency of voter information. In addition, if Biden wants Americans to believe that his family’s arrangements with the Chinese Communists were appropriate and that Biden was not, in fact, the “big guy” participating in these deals, then he should similarly acquiesce to a special counsel.

Tulsi Gabbard: ‘Heartless, Arrogant, Unelected CDC Bureaucrats’ Giving Vaccine to Healthy Americans Before Elderly

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) says “heartless, arrogant, unelected” bureaucrats with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) are prioritizing healthy Americans for the coronavirus vaccine before elderly Americans who are the most vulnerable population.

In a video message posted online on Monday, Gabbard torched CDC officials for distributing the vaccine to healthy “so-called ‘essential workers'” and politicians while elderly Americans and those with underlying health conditions have yet to receive the vaccine.

A panel of advisors to the CDC has been issuing guidance on who should first be eligible for the vaccine. In phase one, the panel ordered that healthcare workers and elderly Americans living in nursing homes be the first to receive the vaccine.

Most recently, the panel decided that those next in line for the vaccine ought to be so-called “frontline essential workers” and Americans 75-years-old and older. Americans between 65 and 74-years-old, as well as those with underlying health conditions, will not be eligible for the vaccine until sometime in February.

‘The Government Are the Criminals!’ — Police Clash with Anti-Lockdown Protesters in London

London Police forcibly shut down an anti-lockdown protest on Saturday for allegedly breaching the city’s coronavirus restrictions, arresting 29 people in the process.

Approximately 150 protesters took to the streets of the British capital, demanding that the government rescind its lockdown measures.

After less than one hour into the protest, police officers began arresting activists, claiming violations of social distancing guidelines. The Met also deployed tactics such as kettling in order to suppress crowds and prevent them from gathering.

One protester told Breitbart London: “We are protesting the corona lockdown because we feel that the government’s approach to the pandemic is completely unjust… [it is]taking away our human rights. We aren’t allowed to be humans anymore.”

Another protester said that she feels people have accepted the draconian lockdown measures because they “are weak” and “too scared to push back”.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) revealed that a woman is facing a £10,000 fixed penalty notice for allegedly organising the ‘mass gathering’.

Commander Alex Murray said: “This protest was organised and took place just hours before further restrictions were put in place in London. Such action during an ongoing health emergency is reckless and we will enforce the law without hesitation in these circumstances.”

“Most Londoners, while frustrated with the restrictions that we are all facing, will be disappointed that we are having to deal with such gatherings, and indeed with assaults on police officers who are working to keep the public safe,” Murray added.

Commander Murray went on to say that he hopes the fines and criminal charges will “send a strong message” to anyone “intent on selfishly endangering the health of others” by joining protest gatherings.

“The rules are very clear and our collective actions over the next fortnight will have a direct impact on how quickly our city recovers. If people make reckless decisions that risk lives, I make no apology for the enforcement action that will follow,” he said.

The protest came as Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that much of Southern England would be placed under the toughest Tier 4 lockdown restrictions for the Christmas season.

Meanwhile, in North London, a Black Lives Matter protest was staged outside the Tottenham police station. The Metropolitan Police did not report any arrests during the left-wing demonstration, despite having similar numbers to the anti-lockdown march.

In an interview with Breitbart London during the anti-lockdown protest, London Assembly Member David Kurten said that there is “clear bias” in how the city has policed anti-lockdown protests versus how police have responded to Black Lives Matter rallies.

“You have Black Lives Matter protests with way more than six people that are allowed to go-ahead… but they come in and specifically target people who are just talking because they think we are against the lockdown and we might have opinions that may be unacceptable to those in Westminster,” Kurten said.

There has been a longstanding disparity in how the police in the British capital have dealt with BLM marches, compared to the largely peaceful anti-lockdown movement. In June, Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick admitted that police took a hands-off approach to BLM demonstrations for fear of sparking “serious disorder”.
