The drop actually just says the first indictment unsealed will trigger a mass awakening, and will confirm some of what Q has said thus far and will indicate the direction things will be headed.
This could be someone totally inconsequential and boring, as long as the details of the crime in the indictment are juicy
The concept of "the arrest itself will shock the world so it must be a super high profile name for normies to notice" is completely imagined here
