An old tweet by Trump has a shortened link that gives an error when trying to go to the page. Archive.org doesn't seem to show the page before the error occurred. But, by putting the end of the URL on bit (dot) ly instead of read (dot) bi, you can get a result.
It's not clear whether this was an attempt at censorship or not, or even when that issue happened with the link-shortening service.
