Nobody has any idea except for a few, so no reason to anticipate when things will happen. It will just increase disappointment.
It would make a lot of sense to divide up the pie. Have the Supreme Court invalidate votes in this state, legislators invalidate there, lower court invalidates in another etc. That way nobody shoulders all the blame from the left.
