Just an opinion, so no sauce…just the ability to read between the lines, and follow the logic.

The "first" arrest that will cause a mass awakening, and point the way forward will be AG Bill Barr, and Barr has known about this since he signed on to be AG…and it was the reason he did (had to).

It will be before the end of the year but after he gets time to chill with the fam…granted for his cooperation. He will be testifying against them all…including the Bush clan.
