The entire idea of transferring your sin into someone or something else is a Jewish idea. Why would two different Gods practice the same Jewish ritual? That's just ignorant, really. The Jews use a chicken, Christians use Jesus, either way the thing you transfer your sin to is killed instead of you. Other religions don't do any of that stuff.
