The American people are slaves to the whims of those who write the legislation and those who vote to pass said legislation. We've been paying for their projects (one way or another) for all of our lives. The big money payouts in this bill point to where those projects are. The restrictions on our speech highlight how important those projects are to them.

Maybe this is about charging those who spread the memes in an effort to find those who made the memes. Meme spreaders will seek meme makers to present a defense in court. When meme maker shows up to testify for meme sharer, then what?

 

Brings to mind another question. Are there different classes of copywrite? If they make streaming illegal, does that include Netflix and the little girl movie?

Somebody define streaming.

Will broadcasters be able to show previews of upcoming Hollywood movies, or just have their best talking heads tell us to go see the movie because?
