Most of that has to do with your local goverment. Where I live the PD and sheriff has stated they will not enforce mask mandates as they do not have to as it is not legal as it is not a law.

Because of optics it could look bad. And if the numbers are not big enough Patriots that are there could get hurt. This is why I think the call went out for everyone to make to make it.
