One House member and one Senate member is all it will take to "Contest" electors from the states in question. The chambers will adjourn to their respective chambers to work out the contesting of each states electors. If a satisfactory solution is not reached, then the selection of President will be voted on in the House, where Republicans hold a 30 to 20 majority of "delegations". The vote obviously will be right down party lines and POTUS will be reelected. Same procedure in the Senate. Remember, the Vice President is the "President of the Senate" and will vote is there is a tie. House=President, Senate=Vice President.
P-A-I-N starts shortly thereafter.
