Not sure if I have this correct, but the Defense Production Act gives POTUS controls he otherwise wouldn't have, which could include him rejecting the the Bill these corrupt people are putting on his desk?
Just received word from a friend that there is now a mandate for testing 2x a week. This in a blue state.
