I'm betting dollars to doughnuts that the Georgia election didn't need to be a run off….I'm betting the same thing happened that happened in the general….the (R) was winning by so much that the best they could do on short notice was to try to get it close as possible for a run off….find the records totals and you will see there should be a need for a run off..
