Unless an Article V convention can be rigidly controlled and prevented from going rogue, it’s an enormous risk. In the current environment, with blackmail, bribery, and coercion at pandemic levels, a CoS would be a disastrous course of action on which to embark.
The judges just need to rule on the evidence - not provide the remedy. The remedy is decertification of the Biden slate by the state legislature.
