Q team - Theory - Only possible options for POTUS
POTUS can only use Martial Law unless SCOTUS signs off on it ( That option is not available due to a untrustworthy / rigged SCOTUS ) Is the reason why POTUS tweeted in a way that there will be no approved Martial Law
POTUS can use Insurrection act of 1807 ( without using Martial Law ) But both the House & Senate just added a hidden clause within the bill that POTUS can't use it if he signs it
POTUS can use Pocket Veto it means the bill is not signed & the bill is pocked foreveraaaaaaaaa
POTUS can however use Martial Law / Insurrection act of 1807 without the courts / hidden clause within the bill ( only in a time of WAR or Suspends the US Constitution) what former President used this option to save USA
