I've seen many documents posted (eg. Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), and they would be very effective in prosecuting the usual scumbags, but the law IS NOT followed.

There is no longer justice in America.

One look at the Trump election cases which have been summarily dismissed should clear up any misconceptions (not to mention the coup plotters walking around free).

I wish it were not so, and pray we see Trump back in office for 4 more, but how do we get justice when those who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution have no honor?
