For all anons going to D.C.: do NOT stay in D.C. Check Arlington (Roslynn) or Falls Church areas. Easily accessible by metro and fairly easy if you’re driving. Far fewer punks there but still some. Don’t recommend Maryland side either (Red line). If their pattern holds, the little pantifa punks will start gathering a few days beforehand so if you arrive early, pay attention to who is around you.
Get a metro card with just $5 or so on it to make quickly leaving the area easier if things start getting crazy. You can always slip back from another side.
