I'm 17 minutes in now. So far:
>"they have direct photographic evidence and physical evidence that a dominion machine connected to the internet of a thermostat, and its verified by a microsoft employee"
>"A verbal fight broke out between Mark Meadows and Pat something(can't remember his last name) against Trump"
>"They broke down with stating "if you really believe that, then APPOINT SYDNEY AS SPECIAL COUNCIL FOR THE WHITE HOUSE YOU WON'T DO IT"
>"Trump responded with "I won't do it? I won't? But I can? I just did it, Sydney Powell is now special council for the white house" and they both got in Trump's face and started screaming at him, and Flynn and someone else stood up to them, Flynn was tempted to throw a punch at them"
>"Mark and Pat blocked Sydney from getting access to the white house AND from getting a office in the white house to work from even after TRUMP ORDERED IT"
>"these two people work for Trump and have now started DIRECTLY DISOBEYING HIS ORDERS"
>"they want him to concede"
>"These two are lawyers"
>"They are acting this way because there are high paying jobs being offered to them if they can get Trump to concede"
>"Ann states that she is glad Trump vetoed the garbage trash stimulus bill"
>They talk about the march for Trump on the 6th.
>They start to speak about the "Pence Card"
>Didn't quite get it, but Pence has the power to "refuse a slate of electors if he suspects fraud" is involved
>Taking about the march again
>Patrick is stating that "we need people here on the 3rd, the 4th, and the 5th, even if you need to stay over in a mall or something to do it"
>start to talk more about the "Pence Card"
>gotta admit, I myself am interested in this as well
>Pence is technically the "plenary" power of the federal government
>Meaning, just like how a state certifies its own electors, he has the power to deny that certification, effectively deleting it
>Why would this be allowed? Pence becomes guilty of election fraud if he certifies electors that did not go through approval by that state's legislature
>Courts mean nothing now, as all the stuff about the legislatures being subverted and destroyed, means that Pence will take all the blame for it if he certifies these electors
>This isn't a game or a conspiracy theory anymore. Would Pence go to jail for Biden? Would Pence go to jail to get rid of Trump? Well what do you think?
>Due to SCOTUS not giving a opinion on the issues at hand due to the no standing dismissal, it now falls on Pence to determine if the electors are valid or not here
>This forces the state legislatures to call a special session without the governor or his approval of it
>The legislature must then submit a slate that is in line with the constitution
>this would happen for all the six contested states
>including New Mexico? who also sent a conditional slate of electors as well?
>Are there any legal avenues?
>"they are looking to change things legally by a gathering evidence approach, and Ivan is suggesting a constitutional approach"
>they talk about how SCOTUS failing has happened before
>basically, FDR kept wanting to "punch holes" in the constitution, but SCOTUS for many years prevented him
>but then FDR said "keep trying to stop me, and I WILL pack the court!"
