Nullification?

I think not. There isn't anything in the DAA that specifically removes anything from Trump. All it does is require "certification" from the Pres and Sec Def.

This can be done with a simple letter, delivered just as the pres invokes. It does not require congressional approval, just notice.

I think this whole "nullification" angle is just hype and hysteria.
