In interview with Beanz he walked back the Meadows stuff.

Said meadows was on the phone during some of the heated stuff, and that he was more of a go along to get along type, not an asshole like Cippolone.

Byrne said he should have held off on the Meadows claim. Not a real fighter, but seemed to be an OK guy.
