They will have cable cutters placed on the back haul lines ready to cut at a moments notice,there is very little defence against this kind of attack as it can happen anywhere on the cable route. The British did the same thing in both world wars, the first move in war is to disrupt communications by cutting communications cables under the sea. We are at war, these cables are the platform that the battles are taking place on, as soon as they start to lose, they destroy the battlefield, or so they think!
For people to wake up they need to have the internet working so they can consume the truth.
