pence is a player but does not control outcome of dispute

he just flags them then congress takes over and courts can review

to over turn a certified slate BOTH houses of congress must agree (sauce google/see electoral college act if you dont take my word for it- already posted too many times)

that is not going to happen

but

this latest lawsuit is a doozy and includes all the players in the certification process and preserves the hope that scotus will yet step in and prevent the steal

congress CANNOT as the house will not decertify a biden slate and under the law that is OVER and final unless court (or some other action) intervenes
