Is absolutely insane - I ordered something on 11/28 and JUST received it yesterday. At one point they even thought it might be lost. All other services were exactly as they were supposed to be but not USPS. Am truly sorry, feel for ya anon. In the past have printed a picture of the item and wrapped in a box so they know. It's hard but it does give them something to open and look forward to having.
