subsection (b) of 1101 is key to Hussein's 2011 hubris/crisis acting to get Mueller upped for 2 more years. However, (3) says that section (b) shall not apply. If reading this correct, that would mean that POTUS, and any other POTUS after him, could reappoint an FBI director for another 10 year term, despite having served a previous 10 year term. Was this why our POTUS was reported as having Mueller on the short list?
This law that was enacted went under the radar, but appears Hooverish.
