am not at all concerned about the "coronavirus" for myself. However, vaccinated people are quite possibly at high risk of very severe disease if exposed to "the virus" or other pathogens. Previous attempts to make vaccines against "RNA viruses" ended very badly.

I have seen information suggesting all these items may naturally protect against "coronavirus" (other than HCQ and zinc)

I have not personally verified if all of them are safe or if they work.

In addition to the vitamins and substances listed in screen cap:

Niacin (can cause very powerful flushing of the face and g.i. distress if taken without food) It seems plausible that this could help against "coronavirus" but I don't know the mechanism/s or safety for everyone.

Green tea: EGCG content is apparently protective

Quercetin (I believe this one was mentioned as part of a possible alternative protocol for people who cannot get HCQ.)

Glycyrrhizin from licorice root. Potential antiviral. I think their could be effects on heart rhythm so beware of that. However, it's easy to get a bag of high quality licorice. Panda brand from Finland is one I found locally.

Q tonic (no joke) is a good tonic water that contains quinine.

NAC (N-acetylcysteine) anti-oxidant

Zinc supplements have been cleared out in my area. However, I found zinc as a component of several good supplements in high amounts.

As people prepare for possible disruptions I think getting a few low cost prophylaxis for "coronavirus" might not be a bad idea. I've found there are lots of alternatives many of which are really cheap. As always, do your own research before you take anything!
