77 cent tonic water and 6 dollar zinc tablets (small bottle)
taking 1 zinc daily or every 2 days (sometimes i forget for like 5 days, kek)
however, if feeling sick or if some1 else gets sick i give them the bottle and tell them follow directions on bottle (take every 3 hours) and i try to get them tonic water w quinine also (just a gulp or 2 a day, yuck at 1st, kek)
i haven't been sick and others have recovered from their sickness quickly after taking (could b coincidence)
some ppl i knew died of covid and i wonder if this might have helped or not
