Not the brightest one here but I have wondered what the 11.4 date or time frame alluded to.

Considered it a bit and thought perhaps it is 1=2021, 1=January, 4=day. So January 4, 2021.

xx.x could be seen as the first x being the decade year, the second x being the one month and the .x being the 4 day.

Just a guess … try not to thrash me too badly. :)
