2. Where is he located, last I remember he was living in Baltimore, not anywhere tropical with Palm Trees

3. Why are there only White vehicles driving behind him in the video, vehicles don’t seem far away from the “park” he's in

4. Talking about people reaching out to him (friends??) about suicide, weird weird weird Christmas PSA in my opinion

No sauce, just observation and wondering if you more skilled ones can locate this park.

Is Guantanamo a possibility?

He was holed up there in Baltimore last year. Do your research. On the waterway, I don’t know Baltimore terms, but I was there in a quaint waterfront bar district when he was living there, someone put him up in the $ part of Baltimore waterfront, condo.

Yes! Thank you Anon! Inner Harbor, thanks for the reminder. I was there 2 years in a row, both for work, one was during the Preakness, was at a fabulous restaurant on the water and met all the (Tiny) and I’m 4”11, 90 lbs, TINY jockeys that were riding in the Preakness. Cool evening!
